From first contact to shipment.

A clear process, with defined stages and predictable documentation — so the buyer knows exactly where the operation stands.

Contact and scope

We receive the demand — commodity, specification, volume and destination — and validate feasibility with the origin.

Quotation and firm offer

We issue an offer with price, incoterm, shipment window and technical specification. Samples and reports where applicable.

Contract and financial instrument

Contract signing and instrument opening — SBLC or DLC (MT700 / MT760) — through the parties' banks.

Inspection and shipment

Independent inspection at origin (SGS / BV), documentary clearance and shipment under the agreed incoterm.

Delivery and follow-up

Tracking to the destination port, verification at discharge and post-delivery support for recurring contracts.

Operating SLA: Average time between firm offer and shipment: 15 to 30 days, depending on commodity, origin and financial instrument.
