A-Tech Supply works in the international sourcing and supply of agricultural, mineral and energy commodities. This website is institutional and informational: it presents the company, its product lines, how it operates and how to reach it.

This is not a trading channel. Nothing here executes a purchase, a sale, a cargo booking or the closing of a contract.

Product descriptions, volumes, origins, lead times and logistics conditions are examples of what the company typically handles. They are not a commercial proposal, a binding offer or a commitment of availability.

Every transaction depends on a specific written proposal, with specification, quantity, incoterm, lead time and price agreed case by case. Only a contract signed by the parties creates an obligation.

The quote panel shown on the site reproduces data from external market providers. These are reference values, published with a delay relative to the exchange and subject to correction by the source.

They exist to give market context, not to support a purchase, sale or hedging decision. A-Tech Supply does not guarantee their accuracy, timeliness or continued availability, and is not liable for decisions based on them.

The price of a transaction is the one stated in the formal proposal — never the one on the panel.

The content may be read, quoted with attribution and shared by link. You may not reproduce the site in full, resell its content, extract data by automated means at a volume that degrades the service, or use the A-Tech Supply name and visual identity in a way that suggests an affiliation, representation or authorisation that does not exist.

The contact channels may not be used for spam, unlawful content or attempted fraud.

Text, images, brand, visual identity, code and the organisation of the content belong to A-Tech Supply or are used under licence. Using the site transfers none of these rights.

Third-party content quoted here remains with its respective owners.

The site may link to external pages — social profiles, market sources, industry publications. Those destinations have their own policies and are outside A-Tech Supply's control; we are not responsible for their content or availability.

The site is provided as is. Uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed: maintenance, provider failure or unavailability of external sources may interrupt access or parts of the content without prior notice.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, A-Tech Supply is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or losses arising from the use — or the inability to use — this site and the information published on it.

Nothing in this clause excludes liabilities that Brazilian law makes non-excludable.

These Terms may be revised at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the update date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a revision means you accept the new text.

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent Brazilian courts, except where a specific contract between the parties provides for a different forum or for arbitration.
