Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 August 2026
This Policy explains what personal data A-Tech Supply collects on this site, why we collect it, who we share it with and how you exercise your rights. It follows the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018) and, for data subjects in the European Economic Area, the GDPR.
1. Who handles your data
A-Tech Supply is the controller of the personal data collected on this site — the party that decides why and how it is processed.
Contact for privacy matters, including to exercise the rights described below: wagner@atech.supply.
2. What we collect
Data you provide in the contact form: name, company, country, business e-mail, WhatsApp (optional), commodity of interest, estimated volume (optional) and whatever you write in the message field.
Technical data generated by browsing: IP address, date and time of access, pages visited, browser and operating system. These are logs the hosting provider keeps by default, used for security and diagnostics.
We do not collect sensitive data, do not ask for identity documents through the site and do not carry out behavioural profiling.
3. What we use it for
To answer your enquiry, prepare a commercial proposal, conduct the negotiation and keep the relationship history with your company.
To run and protect the site: keep the service up, investigate incidents and contain abuse such as automated submissions.
To comply with legal and regulatory obligations applicable to foreign trade activity.
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Legal basis
Form data: preliminary steps to a contract, at the data subject's request (LGPD, art. 7, V). Where the contact does not develop into a negotiation, processing relies on the legitimate interest in handling and recording the enquiry (art. 7, IX).
Browsing logs: compliance with a legal retention obligation (Brazilian Internet Civil Framework) and legitimate interest in the security of the service.
For data subjects under the GDPR, the corresponding bases are art. 6(1)(b) and art. 6(1)(f).
5. Cookies and local storage
This site uses no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking and no third-party audience analytics.
We use your browser's local storage only to remember the language you chose. That value stays on your device, is never sent to our servers and disappears when you clear your browser data.
6. Who we share it with
With providers that support the site and our customer service — hosting, content management and corporate e-mail — always limited to what is necessary and bound by confidentiality obligations.
With public authorities, where there is a legal request or court order.
With logistics and financial partners in the chain only where necessary to carry out a transaction already contracted, and only with the data essential to it.
7. International transfers
Because the company works with buyers abroad, your data may be accessed by teams and providers outside Brazil, or travel through infrastructure hosted in other countries.
Where that happens, the transfer relies on the grounds permitted by the LGPD, with contractual clauses and security measures consistent with the law.
8. How long we keep it
Business contact data is kept for as long as the enquiry and the relationship with your company last, and thereafter for the period needed to meet legal and contractual obligations and to defend against potential claims.
Browsing logs follow the statutory retention period. Once those periods end, data is deleted or anonymised.
You may request deletion earlier, as described in section 10.
9. Security
The site runs over HTTPS, the content panel requires authentication, and access to contact data is limited to the people who need it to respond.
No system is immune to incidents. If a breach poses a relevant risk to data subjects, we will notify those affected and the Brazilian data protection authority as required by law.
10. Your rights
You may request confirmation that we process your data, access to it, correction of anything incomplete or out of date, anonymisation, blocking or deletion of data that is unnecessary or processed unlawfully, portability, information about who we share it with, and withdrawal of consent where processing relies on it.
To exercise any of these rights, write to wagner@atech.supply. We will respond within the periods set by law. We may ask for additional information to confirm your identity before acting — that safeguard protects you.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority.
11. Children
This site is aimed at professionals and companies. We do not knowingly collect data from people under 18. If we identify such a record, it will be deleted.
12. Changes to this Policy
This Policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site, to our operations or to the law. The version in force is always the one on this page, with the update date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted.
